DAYS - Departs Thursdays
DAY 1 NAIROBI - MAASAI
MARA Leave Nairobi for Maasai Mara game reserve. Picnic lunch
enroute. On arrival at the game reserve, proceed for a game drive enroute
to the camp in search of black manned lions, elephants, leopard, cheetah,
buffalo and other plains game. Proceed to the camp/ lodge for dinner
and overnight.
DAY 2 MAASAI MARA
Full day is spent exploring this unique park which really forms the
northern part of the famous Serengeti National park. Meals and overnight
at the lodge.
DAY 3 MAASAI MARA Full
day game viewing is provided. Meals and overnight at the lodge.
DAY 4 MAASAI MARA -NAKURU
After breakfast leave the camp for lake Nakuru picnic lunch enroute
at the safari junction. After lunch proceed to Nakuru via lake Elementaita
stopping for panaromic and scenery viewing. You will arrive in Nakuru
late afternoon dinner and overnight in your hotel.
DAY 5 NAKURU - SAMBURU
After breakfast, do a game drive in Nakuru National park the drive north
via Mt. Kenya. Picnic lunch enroute proceed to Samburu game reserve
in time for a short game drive enroute to the camp. Dinner and overnight
at the lodge
DAY 6 SAMBURU Full
day game viewing in Samburu in search of the Oryx Gerenuk Grevy Zebra,
reticulated giraffe, crocodile and hippos along the Ewaso-Nyiro River.
Meals and overnight at the lodge.
DAY 7 SAMBURU - NAIROBI
Pre-breakfast game drive. After breakfast return to Nairobi with picnic
lunch enroute, arriving late afternoon.

VTT 017 - The Trail Blazers
Guaranteed
by road every Sunday at 9.00a.m. 10 nights
Sunday: Day 1 Treetops
Drive to the Outspan Hotel and after lunch transfer to Treetops for
tea, dinner and overnight.
Monday: Day 2 Samburu
After breakfast at the Outspan drive to the Mt Kenya Safari Club for
lunch and continue north across the Equator to Samburu for two nights.
Tuesday: Day 3 Samburu
Morning and afternoon in the Samburu Game Reserve with chances
of seeing the species of game unique to this northern park.
Wednesday: Day 4 Lake
Baringo Leave after breakfast with a picnic lunch to Lake Baringo
Club, which is beautifully situated in flowering gardens on the shores
of the lake. An afternoon walk along the lakeshore where many species
of birds are resident. Dinner and overnight at the Club.
Thursday: Day 5 Lake
Nakuru After breakfast drive to lake Nakuru for lunch and a game
drive. The night is spent at Lake Nakuru Lodge or Lion Hill Lodge.
Friday: Day 6 Maasai
Mara Return south to Lake Naivaisha for lunch. Then drive to
the Maasai Mara for two nights at the Keekorok Lodge or similar.
Saturday: Day7 Maasai
Mara Morning and afternoon game driving in the Maasai Mara. Lunch,
dinner and overnight at Keekorok Lodge.
Sunday: Day 8 Nairobi
After breakfast leave for the Safari Park Hotel, where accommodation
is reserved on a bed and breakfast basis.
Monday: Day 9 Amboseli
After breakfast drive to Amboseli for lunch, afternoon game drive
and overnight.
Tuesday: Day 10 Salt
Lick Early morning game drive in Amboseli with chances of spotting
the big five. After breakfast drive into Tsavo Park for lunch at Kilaguni.
Drive via Mzima Springs with its underwater observatory to Salt Lick
Lodge for dinner and overnight.
Wednesday: Day 11 Mombasa
After breakfast drive to Mombasa where the tour terminates at
Nyali Beach Hotel before lunch. Nyali Beach is considered by most as
the best resort hotel on the coast.

VTT 019 - Lake Victoria Special
DAY 1 NAIROBI - KISUMU
Leave Nairobi in the morning, have lunch at Kericho. Walk in the tea
plantations then drive via Lwanda Magere (the Luo warrior who was killed
and turned into a stone) continue to Kisumu for dinner and overnight.
DAY 2 NDERE ISLAND NATIONAL
PARK - KAKAMEGA After breakfast drive to Kaloka beach, take a
boat to Ndere Island national park see some game and bird life. Row
the boat back to Kaloka beach. Drive via Kit- Mikaye ( This rock is
where Mikaye the mother of Luo tribe sheltered herself after along journey
down the Nile) drive back to Kisumu for Lunch. I n Kisumu the tour takes
you to Impala park, Kisumu Museum and Dunga beach (optional). Drive
to Kakamega arriving late evening, dinner and overnight.
DAY 3 KAKAMEGA FOREST
- KISUMU After breakfast, full day exploration of Kakamega forest
in search of birds, butterflies and animals such as debraza, colobus,
blue and red tailed monkeys and olive baboons. Over 30 varieties of
snakes including the deadly gaboon viper, Jamesons mamba and black mamba
are found here among other animals. Great and very old indigenous trees,
some are hundreds of years old. Drive to Kisumu for dinner and overnight.
DAY 4 KISUMU - HOMA
BAY Leave Kisumu after breakfast, drive southwards through rice
plantations in Kano plains to Odino falls after brief stop continue
to Kendu bay for lunch. Proceed to Simbi Nyaima for bird viewing in
this small lake, continue to Kanjira and Kanam hot springs onto Homa
bay for dinner and overnight.
DAY 5 HOMA BAY -RUSINGA
- MBITA Drive to Rusinga, do a tour of the Island to the historical
places including the museum (where the remains of the first man were
found) by Doctor Louise Leakey, visit Tom Mboya Mausoleum where this
accomplished nationalist cum- politician was buried. After his assassination
on a Nairobi street. Return to Mbita for dinner and overnight.
DAY 6 MBITA- RUMA NATIONAL
PARK - AWENDO Depart after breakfast, drive through hills and
meandering road to Ruma national park with a picnic lunch do game drive
then drive out to Thim Lich Ohinga onto Gogo falls then to Awendo for
dinner and overnight
DAY 7 AWENDO - NAIROBI
Depart Awendo, drive through sugar plantations via Tabaka for[
the soapstones] you can buy if you want they are cheaper than Nairobi.

VTT 022 - The Best of Kenya
DAY 1 NAIROBI/MAASAI
MARA Drive through lush Kikuyu farmland to the edge of the Rift
Valley. Descend the Rift Valley and drive via Narok to Maasai Mara Game
Reserve. The Maasai Mara adjoins Tanzania's Serengeti National Park
and shares in its abundant wildlife. The Maasai Mara is famous for its
black-maned lion. Arrive at lunchtime, after which you proceed for a
game drive. Drive back for overnight at Mara Sopa/Keekorok/ Siana Springs
Luxury Tented Camp.
DAY 2: MAASAI MARA
Morning and afternoon game drives are provided. Among the wildlife seen
are Wildebeest, Lion, Elephant and Cheetah. All meals and overnight
at the selected lodge or camp.
DAY 3: MAASAI MARA/RIFT
VALLEY Pre-breakfast game drive in the Maasai Mara to view the
various animals found in this park. Maasai Mara is also home of thousands
birds. After breakfast, proceed to Lake Nakuru arriving in time for
lunch. An afternoon game drive takes us round the lake; home of the
famous Pink Flamingo. Lake Nakuru is truly an ornithologist's paradise.
Dinner and overnight at the Lake Nakuru Lodge or Sarova Lion Hill.
DAY 4: RIFT VALLEY/TREE
HOTEL After breakfast, depart for Nyeri arriving in time for
lunch. For clients staying at Treetops, lunch is served at the Outspan
Hotel and for those staying at the Ark, lunch is served at the Aberdare
Country Club. After lunch, a transfer is provided to either Treetops
or the Ark, which are strategically situated for night game viewing.
Dinner and overnight at Treetops/Ark.
DAY 5: TREE HOTEL/SAMBURU
After breakfast, proceed to Samburu National Reserve, which lies in
the northern part of Kenya. Lunch and afternoon game drive in this park
renowned for its unusual Grevy's Zebra and Reticulated Giraffe. The
Uaso Nyiro crocodile can also be seen in this unusual northern National
Reserve. Dinner and overnight at Samburu Lodge/Samburu Serena Lodge.
DAY 6: SAMBURU/NAIROBI
We start the day with an early morning game drive in the park. After
breakfast, depart for Nairobi via Nyeri where lunch is served. Reach
Nairobi by late evening.

VTT 025 - Indian Ocean Vacation
DAY ONE: NAIROBI
- MOMBASA The morning is spent relaxing while the afternoon is
occupied by a visit to the nearby Nairobi National Park that nestles
with the city as its backdrop. Take the "Lunatic Express" train to Mombasa
arriving early the next morning. Dinner and overnight in the sleeper.
DAY TWO: MOMBASA
- SOUTH COAST Transfer by vehicle to hotel on the renown Diani
Beach, where the next few days are spent enjoying the unspoiled whitesands
of these beaches. Accommodation is on half board to enable you sample
the varied cuisine that is found in the eateries of the many hotels
that dot this coast.
DAY THREE TO DAY SIX: DIANI
BEACH These days are spent by the beach sunbathing or engaged
in the numerous watersports that are available including, Scuba diving,
snorkeling, windsurfing, big game fishing and deep sea diving.
DAY SEVEN: DIANI
- NAIROBI Morning flight to Nairobi after transfer by road to
the coastal town of Mombasa. Dinner at Carnivore before flight back
home.
